HVAC – Evaporative Cooling

Evaporative Cooling is an established technology with significant energy savings as compared to vapor compression air conditioners. While evaporative cooling is primarily used in dry climates, applications for this technology are expanding into manufacturing and industrial facilities due to low operating costs and the ability to provide effective cooling. With the importance of outdoor air ventilation on the rise, building operators and facility managers recognize the benefits of providing a low cost energy efficient cooling method for the occupants they serve — That’s where Blender Products INC. comes into play. Optimizing indoor air quality with fresh, filtered outside air improves productivity and reduces the risk from infectious aerosols.

At Blender Products INC., we use the evaporative cooling method to avoid risks and deliver the highest quality results. Since the systems only use water, evaporative cooling eliminates the potential for harmful refrigerants used in mechanical cooling processes to be released into the atmosphere. By using the water’s sensible heat energy, air passes through a media section where heat and mass transfer between the air and water lowers the air dry-bulb temperature and increases the humidity of the leaving air stream.
